About this program
The GKL Social Contribution Foundation (GKL사회공헌재단) runs this 'volun-tour' (볼런투어), a mix of volunteering and travel, for international students from all over Korea.
It is a 1-night, 2-day trip around Yeoncheon in Gyeonggi-do. You will do volunteer work such as plogging (picking up trash while walking) and helping on local farms. You will also visit local tourist spots and try cultural activities.
It is free. The foundation pays all on-site costs and gives you volunteer supplies. You pay for your own personal snacks and other private costs. About 20 people will be selected.
