About this competition
This is the 6th Byeolbyeol Hwaseong Awards (별별화성 Awards), a contest run by Hwaseong City. You make promotional content about Hwaseong using generative AI. The theme is 'Happiness for all, a bigger Hwaseong' (모두의 행복, 더 큰 화성).
There are three categories. AI Short-form: special moments in Hwaseong, like daily life, travel or memories. AI CF: one advertisement video about the city's future vision and brand. AI CM Song: a promotional song about Hwaseong. Using generative AI tools is required in every category.
There are 21 prizes and KRW 60 million in total. AI CF: grand prize KRW 10 million, 2 x KRW 6 million, 4 x KRW 4 million. AI Short-form: grand prize KRW 4 million, 2 x KRW 2.5 million, 4 x KRW 1.5 million. AI CM Song: 7 x KRW 1 million. You can send several works per category, but one person cannot win twice. Team prizes go to the team leader.
The organizers say the number and level of prizes may change depending on the entries and judging results.

- Upload it to YouTube.
- Submit the YouTube URL on the contest website (aihscity.com), on the main entry (본접수) page.
- You can edit a submitted entry until the deadline on 25 October. No changes or new entries after that.
